1. The service
Duskaro lets you discover, create and attend real-world events, and connect with other attendees. Events are organised by users, not by Duskaro. Attend at your own judgement; we are not responsible for what happens at user-organised events.
2. Your account
You must be 16+, provide accurate information, and keep your account secure. One account per person.
3. Your content
You own what you post. By posting you grant Duskaro a licence to display it in the app. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or infringing. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules or our Community Guidelines.
4. Events & reservations
Reservations are a signal of attendance, not a contract. Hosts may cancel events. v1 events are free; no payments are processed in the app.
5. Safety
Use the in-app report and block tools. We review reports and act on violations. Objectionable content and abusive users are removed.
6. Termination
You can delete your account in-app at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Liability
The app is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by South African law.
